Daiki Suzuki reimagines the iconic Chambord for Engineered Garments and Paraboot’s third collaboration. Inspired by a vintage Chamonix mountain boot he uncovered, Daiki focused on
incorporating the buckle and strap from old ski boots. The strategically placed buckle allows the
shoe to be worn with or without laces, giving it the versatility of a monk strap shoe.
Crafted from premium calf-grained leather, the EG Chambord Bride is available in two
sophisticated finishes: grainé ébène (marron) and grainé noir. The shoes feature a durable
Norwegian welt built on a notched Jannu sole, ensuring style and functionality.
Made in France, this collaboration offers a refined, contemporary take on the Chambord,
retaining its elegant lines while enhancing its practicality.
The EG Chambord Bride will be released on September 12, 2024, and will be available for
