New arrivals from BAGSINPROGRESS

New arrivals from BAGSINPROGRESS, the New York based project of designer Chiharu Hayashi.
Her approach begins with a simple premise: a bag should function as a personal tool box, a container that quietly supports the way you move through the day.

Available now at Nepenthes Los Angeles and Nepenthes Woman Los Angeles.

A stack of various bags from BAGSINPROGRESS, featuring different textures and colors, including a black quilted bag, a multicolored woven tote, and a beige fanny pack, displayed on a wooden surface.

Each style is built from practical shapes, reinforced seams, and a material vocabulary that moves between canvas nylon, tweed, quilted puffer, and printed polyester. The result is a line of bags that feel purposeful in use, modest in appearance, and adaptable across routines.
