Nepenthes Los Angeles announces the FW24 collaboration between two renowned New York-based brands, BAGSINPROGRESS (BIP) and Engineered Garments. This marks the first joint effort between these distinctive design houses, bringing their complementary visions to life in a collection that embodies the spirit of innovation and craftsmanship.
Three Models, Three Fabrications:
Engineered Garments designer Daiki Suzuki has selects three forward-thinking fabrications from his FW24 lineup to reimagine BIP’s most iconic handbag models. These exclusive materials—Black Vegan Suede, Black Quilted Vegan Leather, and Leopard-Print Double-Faced Nylon—are expertly incorporated into three distinct bags, elevating each to a new level of utility and style.
A New Take on BIP Icons:
This collaboration breathes new life into three of BAGSINPROGRESS’s longstanding designs. Known for their utilitarian and clean aesthetics, these models have been thoughtfully re-envisioned with materials that speak to the distinctive sensibilities of both brands, resulting in a capsule collection that is equal parts functional and luxurious.
